or you can simply put it into a translator.. bablefish or something of the sorts.... instead of him having to go through all the extra work...

I'll agree that it is better when a site is translated by the author so you get exactly what they were trying to say. But at the same time unless English is the authors first langauge or they are very fluent in it as a second langauge its easier and in most cases better done in thier native tongue. I have no idea how fluent Stromvogel is, I mean he's easily understood in English here on the site, but his grammar shows that he's a non native speaker, so its hard to judge how hard it would be for him to translate, also depending on the host he may be limited in what he can do. Making every page multiple times for multiple languages can be a pain.
Regardless I think the site looks pretty good, and i understand just enough Spanish to get the jist of most of the pages, though I'm sure I'm missing things as I piece through it.

tentagil, I never said that he shouldn’t keep it in Spanish, I said he should also have it in English as an option for us non-Spanish speakers. In other words, make it bi-lingual.There are many sites out there that are bi-lingual, and that woud also increase its accessability people.

I said that I agree it would be nice if it was "Translated" by the author, which for me implied bi-lingual. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough on that. And yes there are alot of Bi-lingual sites out there, but unless your using a CMS that automatically translates based on user preferences, you have to either have both languages appearing on the same page which is messy, or do each page twice which is time and space restrictive.
His site there appears to be a simple HTML based webpage, either hand coded or maybe made with Frontpage, and what with all the pop ups probably on a free host, so your looking at space restraints and a limitation on what kind of plugins you can add based on the hosts server setup and permissions. I like what he's done, and if he translates it I'll like it even better, but I can enjoy it well enough in its present state.
