NEW Devastator

i want to go and purchase the new devastator and before i do i would like to know when you take him apart and can you Transform the constructacons into robots or just vehicles ?

No. It's well known that the individual pieces of the big Devastator do not transform. For that matter, the Deluxe and Voyager versions of the Constructicons do not combine either. The only version that does both of those things, combing and transform, is the Legends version. Check the galleries:

The Legends version has only been released in Japan, but a US gift set is rumored to be released somewhere in 2010.

I'll end up buying Jetfire, for sure. Not only is he half the price of Devastator, he can also combine with Leader Optimus Prime (this is not advertised on either toy tho).

well i got jetfire.
he is huge as a jet and when you put him with optimus he is sweet but he is a bitch to transform.
