That would make the most sense, it leaves 6 or more months, including the Christmas break to allow the Movie merchandise to be sold (and cleared from the shelves) without the hinderance of another Transformers line of figures to confuse people.
It also is soon enough to ride the curtails of the movie, and help boost early sales.
What I think the main factor will be is if the movie flops, does okay or is a hit, if its the latter 2, then expect Q2/Q3 releases of Hereos, if its a flop, it might be a whiles longer.
