i think the auction was a hoax nobody would pay that much, he probably thinking if prime looks liek it went high that people will bid high on megatron

I don't think it's a scam - if you look at the bidding history, about six different users bid on it from $1000 to $2500.
If it's a scam, he's using plenty of alt-IDs to make it look real.
