I drove 151 miles to a TRu last week on the assurance of the guy in charge of inventory that they had Roddy and Ironhide instock. Liars

I drove 140 miles today to another one to find , NOPE.

I am so sick of stores getting some and others not.

I found Rodimus and Ironhide at the TRU on Cottman Ave in Philadelphia on Thursday. They had quite a few when I was there. I only picked up Rodimus as I only had funds for one of them and I was never really an Ironhide fan, but I do love Animated.

I'm not sure how many Yinzers you guys have here, but on my weekly trek from Butler to Johnstown I can often cover several TRUs, Wal-Marts, and Targets along the way. Recent additions as of 8/2:

Cranberry TRU: Grimlock, Breacher, Oil Pan
Greensburg TRU: Grimlock
Johnstown TRU: Grimlock (several), Rodimus Minor (1), Animated Ironhide (2)

WalMarts in all of these areas are crap when it comes to TF, but the Targets stock up pretty well a few weeks after stuff starts showing up at TRU. The Johnstown TRU in particular had a few of the Generations wave 1 out WAY before any of the others, so that's the one I'm expecting to find new figures at first. I check Cranberry TRU several times a week and they keep stuff stocked pretty well, even if it's not the most recent. I'm sure the employees there recognize me by now as the guy who drops by after work all the time, rushes through the store, and then leaves without ever buying anything.

If ANYBODY happens to see some of the wave two generations or PCC's, message me... I'm dying to get my hands on them, and apparently the PCC's are out, at least in VA... according to a hasbro rep i'm in contact with, the northeast is pretty slow on releases

The TRU in Camp Hill had 3 of the G1 repaint of EZ Movie Devestators. I have to say, I am impressed. For G1 guys, if you keep them in alt mode they fit in nicely on the classics shelf.

Johnstown TRU had these too. I've seen Rampage in the Ruins at the Johnstown, Greensburg, Cranberry, and Monaca TRUs as well. Monaca also had the HFTD wave 2 scouts, which is great because of the BOGO event they're running this week.

TRU in Camp Hill has Animated Rodimus and Ironhide (as of Sunday). They also had a case of MP Grimlocks unopened on top of the shelf.

I went on a Wal-Mart spree on my trip home this weekend, down Rt.422 and 219 checking 6 stores total: Cranberry, Butler, Kittanning, Indiana, Ebensburg, and Johnstown. The latter four had the Wave 2 HFTD Legends, while Indiana had Sidearm Sideswipe and Tuner Skids. Nothing else of note. What a bummer.

I'll be checking the Cranberry Wal-Mart again after work today. They put out some BB Optimus and Banzai Tron figures, I'm hoping they put some Deluxes on the shelves soon. I suppose I'll check Target and TRU while I'm at it.

Update: Wal-Mart, TRU, and Target had nothing. HOWEVER, Kohl's had Sidearm Sideswipe, Tuner Skids, Elita 1, and Hailstorm. I only picked up the single Hailstorm that was there.

*Update2*: Went there again today, Kohl's restocked. They now have a crap-ton of HFTD wave 2, and they had one Cybertronian Megatron and one Darkmount, so I picked those two up. They have this "15% off special on Transformers", even though they're still more expensive than everywhere else. I'd prefer to get them at Target for $9.99, too bad they didn't get them in first.

Butler Wal Mart has HFTD Wave 3 Legends. That seems to be all these Western/Central PA stores are good for @_@

Seriously, Kohl's has been ahead of these other stores for too long. I've only seen HFTD wave 2 at a single WalMart so far, and a WFC Megatron and Darkmount at one Target. I saw a Red Alert at the Johnstown WM, but no sign of wave 3 anywhere else since. And I pass by at least 8 Wal Marts on my weekend trips home and back :/

Hopefully the new TRU Express opening this week in Butler yields a Soundwave.

Johnstown WalMart had all the 2010 Generations on the shelves, though very limited. 1 Soundwave, 1 Red Alert, 1 Dirge, and 2 Blurrs. I grabbed the only Soundwave, but I passed on the rest. Might get them if I find them again since they're still marked down, and I know that rollback won't last past Christmas.

11/11 Edit:
Decided to take a peek in the Latrobe, PA K Mart, and lo and behold they have a bunch of new things:
3 Axors
1 Terradive
3 Highbrows
1 Tuner Skids

Then some slightly older stuff but still newer for this area at least:
1 WFC Megatron
4 BB Optimus Primes

Target in Mechanicsburg had some RTS guys. I picked up Jazz and Tracks. There was one more Tracks there and then they had a bunch of MIndsets, as well as some Skullgrins.

BTW, Jazz is fantastic. One of the best figures I've handled in a while.

Picked up Rodimus vs Cyclonus RTS Battle in Space for 19.99 @ Mechanicsburg Target. There are 2 more on the shelf along with some combiners, Generations WFC CliffJumper, Soundwave, Thunderwing, Night Ops Ratchet, Sea Attack Ravage, Mudflap, RTS Mindset, Fallback. all of which i have or am not interested in (i.e. Mudflap =P)

Target and Walmart in Mechanicsburg had Generations Blurr and Dirge this past weekend. I took the last Blurr from Walmart and the last Dirg from Target. Hopefully this means that you will see them soon.

Got drift months ago and Im still not over how awesome that figure is! blurr i found by chance at walmart about 2 weeks ago. I was also lucky enough to get the last Universe Perceptor from Toys R Us in York the week of Christmas and the Masterpiece Grimlock from Toys R Us in Camp Hill(they marked it wrong and i got it for $40!)
Anywho work @ kohls in mechanicsburg. sometimes we get the waves out before walmart and target get theirs out. Ill post once we get the new 2011 Generation waves in also let you know when and if they will be having any extra % off.

1 Battle in Space RTS at Target in Carlisle, PA. Hodgepodge of Generations, RTS, and PCCs on the pegs I saw Jazz, Mindset, Tracks, Fallback, Thunderwing, Cliffjumper, Drift, thrust, dirge, megatron skullgrin, the usual night ops ratchet and sea spray along with the usual HFTD deluxe and scouts. i did see some long haul legends figures that didnt look too bad.
