Please help identify this image

Weapon: Saber Blade

I've seen this image in several places in the past and I've been wondering just exactly what it is. I know that it's a picture of the G1 Autobots and Decepticons from the cartoon facing each other, but just what is the image itself? Is it a poster? A cover design for something? A promo image? What?

My fist though was maybe something from Fight Super Robot Life - the whole split screen face off thing looks like something that would be in a pack-in comic from Japan, but it's G1. (just a guess)

I don't know if it's U.S. G1 or Japanese FSRLTF.
