Real Truck used for Optimus Prime

Does anyone have any information about who owns this truck? Do you think they will tour with it? I'd love to see it up close in person. Or just get more information about it. Who did the customizing for it?

It is propably owned by Hasbro/Paramount/Dreamworks. The truck was made for the movie and has been shown at the convention last weekend.
