As a digger, Scrapper is bigger, heavier and stronger. I don't think that Dead End's guns are powerful enough to beat Scrapper. The Constructicon wins.
Of course, this makes one think about Menasor and Devastator. How can a truck and four cars beat six large, heavy-duty construction vehicles, as seen in G1 stories? One has to explain it with 'super-advanced science' that draws mass and power from other dimensions.
