Should Nintendo delay the NX?

With the more powerful Scorpio coming out holiday 2017, should Nintendo delay the NX to make it more powerful, so it can compete? Delaying it could also help it have more games at launch.

Considering they're keeping their lips shut to the extent we don't even know what the heck the NX actually is, I don't think there's enough information to adequately answer the question.
