Energon Megatron should dominate with ease but the deciding factors here are Unicron and Minicons. If Sideways has more Minicons attached, he might have the power to win. In the comics, we saw what Cyclonus could do with four Minicons. He rushed around and smashed enemies before they could even react. The same goes for Unicron but even more so. He is capable of granting Transformers apocalyptic power.
