So, anyone know how to get ahold of iGear Toys?
I still haven't received my Rager and Spray, which supposedly shipped months ago. All emails through the site, except my first, have gone unanswered. Not too thrilled with the service at this point, but want to get things straightened out. Anyone have a good contact there or had similar issues in the past?

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Re: So, anyone know how to get ahold of iGear Toys?
I friend-requested them a while ago, but have not been accepted yet. I sent them the following message through their site three weeks ago:
According to my account page, Rager and Spray have shipped. I have never received these items. Can you please check your records?
I have received the other orders I have placed in the past.
And their prompt response:
We need to know your order number first, thanks.
Thanks!
I responded immediately with the number and have tried once or twice a week since then, both through the site and in response to the email, with no success. Can't tell if they're avoiding me (which seems foolish over such a small order) or if their customer service is just terrible. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Generally my experience with cheap shipping from China (from anybody) is that it's slow as molasses! My own Rager took a long while to get to me too.

I've experienced that too, but I think this is something else. My order shipped LAST YEAR. So either it got stopped by customs, or misdirected, or something, but I don't think it's in transit at this point. Maybe it was returned to iGear, but I can't determine anything until I establish communication with them.
