Are there any other differences? I don't own season 3 on DVD, I always planned on buying the Matrix set, but I have yet to do it. I should, I have been getting a hankering for watching the G1 cartoon again, it's been years since I've seen it.

I only checked that at the time. They also got rid of the stupid animated menus from the Rhino releases.
