so what is the deal with the legal action?

so it was awhile ago but im kinda worried. takara tomy/ hasbro are going to take legal action on 3rd parties? i only got FP bruticus and was hoping to use graduation money on Hercules. will they still be there by may? please help me in this understanding.

To my understanding, based on hearsay and rumours, they aren't proceeding at the moment. There is some discussion whether or not they'll be allowed at BotCon, but it seems that there isn't much change on the status quo
