Spider-Man 2099:

VS
Batman Beyond:

The setting is some generic futuristic city nether of them have ever been to.
No help from others.
So which futuristic follow up of two of the coolest Superheroes will win, is it the Spider-Man of the Future or is is the Batman of the Future?

This would be a tough one to call. I honestly don't know who to pick, but it would be awesome if they did a team up!

OR

Even better, what if they got the Amalgam treatment. Spider-Bat? Batspider? Miguel McGinnis? Terry O'Hara?

I don't know, but I love Amalgam so I'm trying to make it work dammit!

Really tough call, but I'd have to give the edge to Terry. He's a partial clone of Bruce and was trained by the original Batman. Terry was also kind of a thug before he reformed and became the Batman of the future, so he's known to fight dirty. Terry managed to surprise even the Joker with his fighting style.

Technically so is terry if you look at his biography page he has genius level intellect he is just juggling school and being batman/before that being an under achiever so he has poor grades plus he is to honorable to hack his school computers.

And besides, if it wasnt in the show, or connected series, its not canon.

And Terry was never shown to have a genius level intellect, as a matter of fact it was mentioned that he wasnt all the smart.

I'd pick spiderman 2099. because the batman beyond guy is useless without bruce wayne giving him orders & telling him where to step next.

at the very least the spiderman 2099 guy is his own boss,calls his own shot & carves out his own destiny.

This is more true during Terry's early career. But let's face it, he's never obeyed Bruce 100%. Terry following his gut has saved the day more than a few times.
