Spiderman vs. Ranma 1/2

Last time I was pro webhead, now I'm not so sure.

so.. Spiderman vs. Ranma

1st Newyork city!... get a rope!

2nd some were in Furikan maybe the highschool?

3rd fight over roof tops of Tokyo City.

Lets say there was a feild trip for Ranma, followed by a photo shoot for Parker and culminates with Spidey wanting his pics of MJ back from Hopposai while Ranma holds the film thinking its pics of Akana and girl him in Newyork.

Wich fighter comes out best two of three? The arachnid or the marshal arts acrobat?
