Sunstreaker has speed and endurance. He could outlast Onslaught. Also, his gun can mess up O's missile guidance system.
On the other hand, O has greater strength, intelligence and skill. He could wear down S.
S might be able to seize O's sonic stun gun and use it against him. That should knock O out. Without a quick resolution, this match could drag on.
S is more experienced than O. I think he could prevail if O doesn't land a lucky shot.
