Both sides would happily nuke each other, if they had any nukes left or could build some.

Both are AIs that fear organics and regard themselves as superior.

Cylons outnumber Terminators. Cylons also have many large starships and also star fighters. I think that Cylons would win but Terminators could win if they have time to grow in numbers and develop technology.

Terminators have a time machine that might give an advantage. They could build a huge hidden army in the past and bring it out in the present. However, the time machine probably won't help them get into space to attack Cylon colonies or ships.
