I actually liked Joey more then Johnny. I can't stand Nitro and I think his gimmic and his mic skills are sub par at best. Anyways, I saw that release statement the other day and thought it was odd that they had highlighted IMIDEATE.

Even if he owns the rights to his name and he has a contract with Jakks that still won't stop the game developers from putting him in the game in memory, just not as a playable. He and a slew of others have all been stashed on the last few SVR games. I guess people can hack the game and draw them out. At least that's what I've read on CAW forums.

So who around here is actually going to watch Wrestlemania 23? I'll be watching here at my house.

I guess my boss bought me some tickets but I can't go because he told me too late. My friends and I have a WM tradition anyways and it would feel akward to not watch it with them. Does anyone else have a tradition? I'll start by sharing mine. Frist everyone has to bring the following.

-A manly snack food. Chips are not manly. Chicken wings or chili is acceptable.

-lots of beer at least 3 per match.

Fisrt thing we do when we get to my friends house is, if you have something that needs to be cooked, you get it done right away. Heaven forbid anyone should have to wait on Wings. Second is to toss your twenty into the oldschool WWF wrestling ring in the center of the table. That is the betting money. My friend always elaborately decorates his house. All of his old figures are stroon about and he puts his large card board cut outs up. ( he use to work at an A&P and they use to get all of the cut outs for chip promotions) He also puts out all of his old movies and DVDs as well as the Belt his wife bought him for their wedding.

Then we all go into a seperate room, one at a time and fill out our "game cards" These are your predictions for the night. For example.

US Title Match:
MVP vs Benoit

-Pinfall -obvious
-Submission -obvious
-DQ -obvious
-Dirty -Pull tights, ref bump and F.O. ect.
-Clean -Playmaker, Diving Headbutt ect.

you circle what you think will happen and then at the end we tally up who had the mose right and who ever wins gets the ring full o' twenty's. We also usually chip in the ammount the PPV costs, to be fair to the host. It's honestly one the best sports parties I go to every year and I couldn't think of a better way to watch Mania unless we all had front row seats.

Benoit(c) vs MVP
I think MVP might actually. When I watch Smackdown I usually turn it off after Kane's segments. Plus, I hate Benoit and I hate MVP, so it doesn't matter either way.

Kane vs Khali
I am thinking Kane is going to win this. Khali is just to horrible.

Melina(c) vs Ashley
For some reason I am thinking Ashley is going to win. But the women's division sucks anymore, so it really doesn't bother me.

ECW Originals vs New Breed
The issue with this match is, I can't tell if they are trying to sell the New Breed more then they are trying to the Originals. The only member of the New Breed I don't like is Matt Striker.

Money In The Bank
For this one, its really up in the air. Every contestant deserves a title shot. The only two I don't really want to see win are Booker and Edge and that's only because Booker just lost the belt and Edge won a Money in The bank already. I'd like to see Jeff Hardy or CM Punk win though. Or even Kennedy. As for my prediction though, I think Punk will take it.

Battle of The Billionaires
Bobby Lashley(c) beats Umaga(c) and Vince gets his head shaved. Honestly, do you think Trump will shave his head? I didn't think so.

HBK vs Cena(c)
I think after the past few months that HBK has really earned a title run. My prediction is that HBK walks away with the belt.

Batista(c) vs Undertaker
If Taker loses...I will incite a riot. Batista is no where near good enough to be the person to take away Taker's winning streak.

I also hate MVP. I refuse to enjoy anyone's in ring tallents if they use Overdrive as a finisher. Not to mention his uni-tard and terrable elbow drop. I only think he's going to win because I heard Benoit is going to Raw.

Again I would hope for Melina to win. Watching that five diva tag match over half of them were from the Diva Search leaving less than half being girls who have gotten there the hard way through training and working the indy circuit. Melina being one of them.

But the fact that she's the current Playboy covergirl and it would be good business sense ...

ECW Originals vs New Breed
Quick match, New Breed win, Originals get fired the next day and Vince remakes ECW into what HE thinks it should be.

I'm going with Mr Kennedy here. He's the only credible championship contender (aside from Randy and Edge) plus he already has his "Misssssstttteeeerrrrr Money in the Bank! ..... Baaaank!" catch phrase.

Randy and Edge I can see feuding after Wrestlemania (perhaps their final blow off match to end the feud will see them both smacked in the head by a sledgehammer?).

"King" Booker just isn't going anywhere. Finaly is probably too old. The Hardy's will never be anything more than mid-card and CM Punk needs another year to really establish himself (preferably on Raw)

Oh god do I hope HBK wins. Cena's held the title too long, giving it to someone like HBK will hopefully freshen up the Raw title scene.

And I swear Undertaker had better win as well. I for one do NOT want to see his WM streak defeated by someone like Batista. Since that guy came back from his injury he's been boring as bat ****. He's boring on the mic, he's boring in the ring relying solely on power. Give Taker the belt and let him have one final title run for a few months before retirement.

Todays Fridays Smackdown was ok. Offcourse Great Khali pounded Jeff Hardy, like before he pounded on Matt Hardy. Then Kane's music came on, so did the fireworks. Khali looked around and saw Kane on the screen then, with the hook. Finlay beat Mr. Kenedy for the money in the bank shot match,and I am not sure who Booger T ( I hate is gimminck).
