The value of Diaclone Transformers?

Postby Krok » Wed Jun 13, 2012 6:32 am

First and foremost I’m not sure if there’s a specific part of the forum reserved for price checking, apologizes in advance if this is not the place!

So, I have a Dia Attacker (who I only recently discovered was called Dia Attacker) gathering dust; he’s missing just about everything he could possibly be missing but is otherwise in pretty good condition, with some chrome wear here and there, tight joints and no broken parts.

So I put him on ebay hoping to get a couple of pounds.

The problem is, I have no idea what the going rate is for him or any Diaclone in general, so can anyone enlighten me.

What demands the big bucks? Are Diaclones that went on to be used as Transformers worth more than those that didn't? and what, if anything, is a nudey Dia Attacker worth?

With something like this, there is no "going rate" or set value. It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. But given that it's missing "everything", my guess is that you probably won't get much. I'd say put it on eBay, set the minimum bid to whatever you feel is the lowest amount you would accept, and see what happens! The only way you'll find out the market value is by actually putting it on the market.
