Transformer intelligence

How smart are Transformers? What would the intelligence rating on a 'tech spec' be if it were translated into IQ points? I know not all the Transformers are brilliant, and some would be considered possibly mentally retarded if they were human, so I am curious. It seems like a lot of the 'average' Transformers are as smart as a lot of 'average' people on Earth. But I could be wrong.

I wouldn't say Transformers are more intelligent than a human on average, just better educated.
