*This is the storyline behind the comic I was working on. Events conspired so I haven't had much time to draw, so I've decided to alter the text and post it like this for all still to read. Hope you all enjoy it.*

Prologue: A Divided Cybertron.

Out there in the cosmos, there is a planet with two moons. Like many worlds, before and after it, it spawned life of all kinds. What was unique about this though was the form that life took.

Sentient metal beings that could alter their main body shape, allowing them a secondary alternative mode. All kinds of creatures emerged onto Cybertrons surface, from lowly beasts to mighty titans.

Evolution swayed it's hand on the surface as the beasts changed and started to build their empire. Millions of years passed and two mighty empires had formed, each covering huge swathes of the planet. Any Cybertonian who didn't belong to any of the factions, clung to their city states. These acted as border towns and frontlines as battle after battle raged.

From inside the empires came rebellions as two factions became four. A stalemate emerged...But this is only a false peace.

Maximals, Predacons, Autobots, Decpticons. These four factions, so similar but so different, the planet groans and creaks under their weight. Their leaders, each with their own goals, all face the same challenge, breaking the current Chaotic Order...
