I never liked the white version of this character - the scheme was more Jazz than Smokescreen, so I thought I would try to recreate the blue version as an exercise in air-brushing with metallic paints...several months later (and one busted airbrush) this is where I have got so far.
There is still some detail to be added, his numbers on the doors and another gold area along side picking out the head lights.
However I am now quite happy with this and would be interested in critique.
more pictures once the paint has set enough to try and transform him.
