I'll still happily try out the beta, but the fact that it's a League of Legends clone and not an MMORPG irritates me. Maybe I'll feel less bitter about it once I've tried it, still, was looking forward to making my own character.

No more character creation. Instead you use characters made by Jagex. Select from a list of preset characters, and earn points to unlock new characters. Like they do in League of Legends (which is a sh*t game).

Well, Jagex did turn RuneScape (was such a great game until this year) into a World of Warcraft clone with that Evolution of Combat crap. I haven't played since then mainly because of that (the other part is the fact I don't have a computer that doesn't support playing it anymore). >:oP

Why does Jagex do that with us Transformers Fans, first they say this will be a game where we can create our own characters, now it will become some sort of a MOBA game... :-x

This is Jagex we're talking about: they may make pretty good games, but the make monumental screw-ups.

Yep. They did some kinda switcheroo where they said it was going to be open world and character customization, and everyone got excited, then they said it was going to be a dota clone.

To be fair, there are probably a fair number of people excited for it still. They have poor taste in games, but they're excited about it!
