I can't tell which are the transformers, and which are the bionicles, they all look the same to me...

Ah yes, the bionicles are trying to get that Transformer look as well as the ability to convert into something else. But a Bionicle is usually distinguished by it's face. They traditionally wear a mask of some sort. Their body structures also have an "ancient robot" feel to them. Some parts might have visible holes.
