Trying to figure out the name of this t-shirt, thing

Weapon: "Claw" Flame-Throwers

I have seen it advertised on tv, it's like an undershirt that if you have a bit of a gut like me, it will make it look flater. I'm trying to order one to help me with this cosplay idea I had.
