Here is a review of the Fans Project Retro-Future Comber leader Tusker from the Glacialbots series. He is the main body of Glacialord and an homage to G1 Transformers. Good stuff.

I'm not interested in G1 but I've played with the idea of picking Tusker up. I really love the concept behind these guys. I wonder if it would work as well with highly articulated versions?

These figures are not articulated by ANY means. G1 all the way.

Oh yeah, I know. I am just intrigued by the gimmick(core type smaller figures) of these toys. I wonder if that would translate well with more articulated versions.

FP said these toys have hidden articulation.
