On 08/31/07 I had to give a Depsition to the Defense Attorny. My Attorny told me it is going to be a Poker Game, lucky for me, I do play Poker. I will tell you this, it was the HARDEST 2.5 HOUR POKER GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED!

My Attorny had a chance to ask any question after the Defense Attorny was done asking all of his questions and my Attorny had none to ask, so I did do good enough during that time.

I took the next couple of days to relax and get my mind back to work!

You don't post on here nearly enough for your life dealings to be cemented in our minds. What's the lawsuit about, and please describe the update in laymen's terms. Thank you.

If I remember correctly, the lawsuit is against his (former) employer due to an injury suffered while working.

was that the one where someone ploughed into the back of his truck?

This is the Lawsuit I have against the drunk driver that hit the back left corner of my trailer(while I was at work) as an end result, it messed up my neck and back.

Please, do not feel bad about it. I just do not post a lot about my life or work related things. I tend to keep most of my personal life to myself and I feel that is the best way to be.
