Does it matter? Pretty much all of them are twice as tall as King Kong...That is, if we're going with the real King Kong, not the crappy kaiju version.

King Kong is biologically impossible. Any primate this size would die of multiple organ failure. He was inspired by the discovery of the Highland Gorilla in 1902. He is an exaggerated version of this gorilla.
