I've got quite a few things I'd like to see with Titans Return now out.
For one thing, heads. IDW Blurr, non-faceplated Hardhead (Takara's version is rly bad), a good Galvatron head and while they're at it something to make his Arm Cannon position more natural.
And, of course... Targetmasters for Blurr, Scourge, Hot Rod, Triggerhappy and whatever other Targetmaster remakes we get.

can we get a snap on black butt cover for Apollyon please?


Sorry.. I plan to do a big Image heavy well thought out plan for the 3P companies to look at, it concerns Wei Jiang M01 AOE Oversized KO Optimus Prime.. wait till later tonight.. It's gonna be amazing!! you guys are going to be like, YES!! Yes!! they need to make that!!

I second the upgrades for Galvatron. His head not being able to turn and the placement of his cannon is pretty bad. The latter not horrible, but the head sure as hell is!

Okay guys and gals.. Here is my idea..

I love the wei Jiang M01 Commander, the AOE KO optimus Prime Movie version. it is a stunning figure. Absolutely great rendition of the Movie Optimus Prime and the G-1 or evasion truck mode. What I think is missing is that with that figure they decided to do some things that makes the bot mode look a lot more like the 1st three movie designs.

Now, I like my Wei Jiang figure, but If you are going to give us an almost perfect Movie Prime in Bot mode, then why not give us a perfect upgrade to make the bot mode much more perfect? well Third Party manufacturers.. I would like to humbly request an Armor upgrade specifically designed to enhance, and add to my Wei Jiang Optimus Prime and here is how I think you guys can pull it off!!

Here are my suggestions and the images that should be used to describe what can be done for the added armor.

M01A COMMANDER'S ARMORY KIT:

CHEST ARMOR X1
FOREARM ARMOR X2
LEG SHIN ARMOR X2
EXTRA HEADS X2 (OR 1 HEAD WITH INTERCHANGEABLE FACE PLATES)
ARMORY STAND/TRAILER X1 (OPTIONAL)
PLUG IN ENERGY SWORDS FOR FOREARM ARMOR X2
MOVIE ACCURATE ION CANON X1






1. Armor armor additions

The Kibble on the Wei Jiang lower arms are set perfectly to act as large tabs to add an armor plate styled like the movie bot, and the DMK 01 Optimus Prime.





2. Chest filler and cover armor

There are vacant cavities in the chest of the Wei jiang figure. The chest opens for access to the chrome chest door to a pseudo matrix. Nice, but I think a chest armor piece can be molded specifically around the chest cavity area and cover the chrome section with the movie accurate chest and abs like section. In addition, there is a red box like section around the waist (just above the gold sections) that can be used to attach some extra sections to make the waist a lot more movie accurate, the whole thing should be a single piece, and include a molded Autobot logo.










3. A Leg armor addition that is in two parts on a hinge, which folds around the side of the leg, and plugs into the back of the leg, using the leg holes already existing to make the wheel cover in orange and flames, and the back leg cover in blues and silver accents.






THE ADDITION OF THE ARMOR FOR THE FOREARMS COVERS THE HOLE IN THE ELBOW JOINT, AND ALSO AS THE FOREARM IS POSITIONED IT HIDES THE BREAK JOINT MUCH BETTER, AND MAKES THE ARM WHEN POSED STRAIGHT, LOOK NORMAL FROM THE SIDES AND FRONT AND SOLVES THE INHERENT MOLD PROBLEM USED FROM THE INVASION HASBRO FIGURE



A little rear section addition is optional:

Chrome Fuel Tanks for the back made to connect to a split that keeps the tanks positioned diagonal because the peg that plugs into the split that plugs into the back is made for a specific position this Image shows the tanks and the red bar that houses them in place, in addition the chrome tanks would enhance the Alt Truck Mode




4. a New 1st-3rd Movie accurate head sculpt.
Wei Jiang's head sculpt is all fine and dandy, but his head is way too narrow, and the antenna are molded directly to the head, and gives the impression that his head his very slender.. when in actuality, the head used for the Movie had a bit more width, and overall just looked better.







5. Arm Armor is open for Energon swords to plug into leaving the hands underneath, and looks more movie accurate.






6. lastly, Optimus Prime's Movie Ion Canon. To me, like G-1 Optimus Prime, the Gun from the movie is the definitive Optimus Prime weapon, and if an armor upgrade is being done to cover the legs, arms, and chest, why not also include in this upgrade pack, OPTIMUS PRIME's actual gun.




ADDITIONALLY... IF POSSIBLE, HOW ABOUT A SIMPLE TRAILER THAT CAN STAND UP ON IT'S END, AND TURN INTO A SIMPLE FRAME FOR PLACING THE ADDED ARMOR ON AS AN ARMORY FOR THE FIGURE. IT WOULD HAVE TWO WHEELS, AND FOLD OUT TO STORE HIS ARM, LEGS, CHEST, AND WEAPONS (INCLUDING THE WEAPONS ALREADY THAT COME WITH THE FIGURE. SEE EXAMPLE BELOW. THEN YOU CAN DISPLAY HIM WITH HIS ARMORY, OR WITH FULL ARMOR ON, AND IN THE ALT TRUCK MODE, HE CAN HAVE A TRAILER THAT HOUSES ALL HIS ADDITIONAL ARMORS.


So that's my idea for a badly needed armor Upgrade for the Wei Jiang AOE Oversized KO MP01 Commander. I hope you Third Party companies take note, and please consider bringing this to the market for purchase. My next big post will be in the main toys forum as I make the case for Victory, a plea to Hasbro and Takara Tomy to bring us Masterpiece Transformers Victory dubbed and remastered TV show, and to continue on from the star Saber fan's choice figure and bring Star Saber and others out for the G-1 USA market! I love this thread, great Idea! I would like to get another helmet for My MP-24 Star saber..

Mainly to get another MP-24 Star Saber to use it with in the future when I have more disposable income. I plan to get another one, but only if some 3P company does the additional Helmet..



Don't know why I would get another.. well, Actually I would get another MP 24 Star Saber and place him with the Saber Helmet on the Decepticon shelf, as a Doppleganger of Optimus Prime, OOOOOoooops!! I mean Star Saber.. when Leozak Tried to convince the autobots he was Star Saber, and was defeated by the true Star Saber and Victory Leo!

also, I can't wait for a really good Liokaiser and Leozack, one of my favorite Decepticon combiners! I'm not a fan of the one that is out so far.. This image below is someone's custom, but look at that fantastic head sculpt! I love it! A great Visage of Leozak!!



Hmm.. Maybe a Liozak Helmet for MP-24 Star saber too??





ACTUALLY! IF TAKARA TOMY DID A LIOZAK IN SABER'S SCALE (which is how he should be) THEN MAKE HIM TRANSFORM INTO STAR SABER'S CHEST, WITH A COVER THAT MIMICKS THE CHEST RED AND GOLD OF SABER'S MODE.. EVEN WITH GREEN WINGS THAT WOULD BE COOL!!
