I love the PJATO/HOO series! You'll love it!
I've read every single one of his books so far.
I can't wait for the next book! I am wondering how Greeks and Romans are gonna react to each other?
I hope it's violent.
I also want Grover back.

I'm reading The New Dead, which is an anthology of zombie stories. One is by Max Brooks, who wrote World War Z and The Zombie Survival Guide and one is by Stephen King's son. Some of the stories are about zombies only by some very stretched definitions, but on the whole it was good. One story hurt my brain to read, but other than that the stories were average to great, and one in particular (the longest of the bunch) was, to be honest, nothing short of incredible.
I have about three or four left until I'm done.

In a Galaxy Far Far Awry issue 1: Serial Fiction Sideshow now for sale.
Issue 2: Home Sweet Home Invasion also for sale.
Back issue 3: Technophobia coming soon. And you can help!

I have given up on the previous two reads, will get back to them in the new year.
Currently going through The Jedi Path, which arrived yesterday in Collector's edition!
(As a present, completely unexpected, which was nice.)
Also A Short History of Myth, by Karen Armstrong, which has been waiting on my bedside table for a while. And The Hurricane Party, by Klas Ostergren.
Should get onto Jung's Man and his Symbols soon, or my work won't budge..

Just started reading World War Z by Max Brooks. It's a slow start, but I'm getting into it. Also, I'm reading through the Preacher TPBs. Awesome.

What...the...hell...? How is it my fault you can't handle reading?
I'm not impressed with World War Z so far. The Zombie Survival Guide was much better.

WWZ and The Zombie Survival Guide are very different books. If you were expecting something like the survival guide, put the book down now or prepare to be disappointed.
The next book in the Horus Heresy series just came out a few days ago. I'll be downloading Deliverance Lost tonight! I've also started the Sword of Truth series.

I wasn't expecting the same, just along the same lines. And it's not the content, it's the pacing. But I just started reading.

Wishful thinking. On my part, anyway...
As for World War Z, I have read a 100 pages, and gotten used to the interview style. It is now quite interesting.

But why? Do people wish there could be a life after death (No offence to varing religons) even If it is as a shambling body that craves brains

Eh, don't let it bother you too much, godzillabot. If it helps any, I've never been too fussed on zombies either.
Moving along, I just bought two novels from the Space Marine Battles series, Battle of the Fang and The Purging of Kadillus. Since I've always found the Dark Angels to be pretty interesting, I got stuck into the latter. And I have to say that I'm really enjoying it. I almost can't put the darn thing down!

Bizarre, I just picked up that book last week. Awesome stuff, I love zombie-apocalypse stuff. Loved the Megatron reference.
