What's with the new version of iTunes?

Seems like Apple has been releasing new version of iTunes every other week for the past few months. Anyways, what's with the latest version 7.3.0.54? All of the bands who's names started with numbers used to be at the top of my library (16 Volt, 30 Seconds to Mars, etc). Now with the new version it rearranged my library AND my iPod (Grrrr) and moved all of them to the bottom. Is there any way to change this?
