When is Transformers more popular?

There is more to Transformers than movies, cartoons, comics and toys. Discuss anything else Transformers here.

RiD Prime: "Don't make me use this God Master Ruler Sword aginst you to open this!"

"Open them!!!"

Box of Spychangers: "Noooooo...."

Just classic.

I personally feel /hope that transformers has been consecutivly popular since the eighties till today seeing to the fact on how large its fan base is and the iconic figures from the story it would be hard to think it would ever stop being popular though ive got to say that in the past decade weve had a bunch of extremes in the transformers.

The first would be the super dark and poetic style of beast machines, i mean you jump from a style that had a serious self driven story line with its slap stick and one liners thrown in to a story about a genocide and doom and robotic facism.

The second extreme i saw was in RID that was way too silly for me(....... however in retrospect ive got to say having a comedic transformers after the dramatic beast machines would be a very wise choice to air but i digress) you go from beast machines to a show that is comedy all the time with to what i thought was a weak plot (sorry to ruffle anyones feathers out there who loved RID but i didnt think it was a good transformers story)

but eventually you even out the story and comedy in armada and carry ti on through to energon but you revert back to a silly factor hitting cybertron but in thinking it would be those fluctuations that drive its popularity form G1 at least in my beliefs

Sigh, I miss hunting around flea markets, it was fun & I found a lot of great stuff. There is one guy who sells old toys that I check every once in a while, but he can hardly rely on a regular supply.

eBay's the "new" flea market anyway.

Not like one's going to come across a Fort Max or a pile of Micronauts at a flea market these DAYS.

Dude, if that happened I would be beside myself.

The visual just makes me drool.
