I've been checking our only tru everytime I hit up the local hobbytown(about once a week...)
Seems to be plenty of ratchets but arcee got swooped up early.

I finally saw something new at my TRU, but it was FOUR RATCHETS!!! What are the chances that they only got in Ratchet figures? Slim, I'd say. Looks like a scalper bought up all the Arcees.
So today I gave up and bought 2 off EBay today for $20 each. I'm tired of looking for her; it's getting old...

Ha! I figured as much. BASTARDS! Someone was right on top of it too. They stock the shelves Thursday mornings and all the Arcees were long gone by by the time I went in Friday afternoon.

Not trying to rub this in anyone's face, it's just that I find it really odd that everyone is having trouble finding Arcee and she's a pretty big shelfwarmer around here. Ironically, I had the most trouble finding Cybertron Ratchet, and when I did find him, I didn't like the mold in person.

No, I wouldn't call this particular city lucky for finding TF's. The TRU out here is just REALLY good about getting their exclusives. However, I've never seen Mindwipe, Skystalker, ROTF Lockdown, Brawn, HA Barricade or HA Mudflap just to name a few. And don't get me started about the last wave of Universe/Classics 2.0 Legends...

Speaking of the thumbs, when my Arcee gets here I plan to do some modding to avoid breakage. Is it recommended to sand down the sword handles or the hands themselves?

Where I live we no longer have a toysrus around so I had the option to ask a friend to get her for me since he works there in another state or I could buy one online. I chose to ask him..because hes nice like that. x3

Arcee has a late wave variant that replaces the gloss finish with a matte finish similar to other animated toys.

From everything I've heard, the plastic is the same on both versions of Arcee's arms. So yeah, no real fix there. Sorry.

It's hard to believe that she's still not available on toysrus.com.
Not to be rubbing it in anybody's face, but I lucked out and found mine a few weeks ago. The store wouldn't hold Arcee for me, so I had to take an early lunch to grab her before anyone else
