I have recently become quite obsessive about the Naruto series and Kakashi is my favourite character, so I always tell my colleague that Batman would get his rear end kicked by Kakashi. It winds him up a little so is kinda fun to do.
Who would win?

If your friend was such a big Batman fan he would insult the Dark Knight by claiming he's on the same level as a 56-year-old former pro-wrestler.
That said, yeah, Kakashi would win, with his superhuman abilities and fancy Sharingan.

On a sudden 1-on-1... I think the fight would be equal.

Nobody, not even Batman, can learn everything they need to know about Kakashi and it won't be equal either.

But I know a great deal about Batman and how he's written. And the way Batmans written is the ultimate strategist.Give him enough time and info on his oponate and Batman will devise a plan to take anyone down.
And for the record, wether Batman wins or loses has nothing to do with any powers this Kakashi may or may not have.
Batman has personally or indirectly defeated characters like Superman,The Martian Manhunter and Green Lanterns and so many other very powerful characters.
So if Batman has enough time and info on this Kakashi then Batman will find a way.
But without that time or info and he can be beaten.
This is a fact of how the character is written...........and its not that I agree with it, but I do acknowledge it.

Kakashi has the Sharingan. He can perfectly analyze and mimic anything his opponent does, on the spot, while they're doing it. Also it includes hypnosis. He's also considered one of the most powerful characters in Naruto, which is pretty damn powerful considering Naruto's status as DBZ Jr.

Like I said before, powers and level of power is pretty much irrelevant.
And Batman has also trained his memory to the point that he can memorize and mimic just about every form of Martial art.
Now if this Kakashi is the kind of fighter that would destroy a city to kill one person then yes....he'll beat Batman with out a problem.Like I said I dont know the character so I dont know.

I think Kakashi's that guy nobody knows anything about just that he's the older brother of Sasuke (Is that the black haired friend/enemy of Naruto or is that the pink haired chick?) and he has this weird power that allows him to open some kind of time warp thingy that lets him imprison his opponent for two minutes which can last for weeks for him and his opponent in which he will beat his opponent who can't move with his sword until they are minced meat.
God i hate the Naruto stuff.

No, that's Itachi. Though Kakashi DOES have the ability to send targets into a pocket dimension.

No he is not a ninja. Despite wearing black and using stealth, Batman follows the ways of bushido and, therefore, is much more a samurai than a ninja.

I dont know this Kakashi at all but so far you havent described any abilities that Batman hasnt faced and defeated a 1000 times with out characters.

Fun fact: Every trick Batman knows, characters in Naruto have mastered by age 12. These are kids trained practically from birth to be unstoppable death machines.
But you already admitted you don't know anything about Kakashi, so I'm not sure why you're even still trying to argue this.

I havent argued anything.I simply;y replied to a post made.Trying to imply that Batman will lose solely because of some superpowers is in error.
And that little bit about them mastering those tricks at an early age proves nothing.

Doesn't it? It means they're able to refine those abilities and learn new ones in the same amount of time it took Batman to learn everything he knows.

No it really doesnt.
Batman himself has been in training since the age of 8 , in most continuities in others age 111 to 12.
Secondly Batman has mastered every fighting skill known to man kind, in his universe.Wether or not others have been doing the same since an earlir age is irrelevant.Batman continues to learn new skills.
So it sounds to me, in that respect....he's on at least equal footing with these characters.

No, he isn't. He really, really isn't. You can say "It sounds like" all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that you're just wrong. You're talking about something without any knowledge of what it even is.
It doesn't matter how overpowered Batman is, he's fighting an opponent who makes Spider-Man look like a geriatric and copies his enemies attacks while his enemies are still preparing them.

I read this part on Kakashi "he can perform a jutsu called Kamui (神威?, literally "God's Authority"), which sends any targeted object to another dimension. Because performing this ability requires extended bed rest afterwards, Kakashi avoids using it unless absolutely necessary" if he can use that on Bats, well its over. tell batman to say hi to Cthulhu for me.
he does have weakness' and IF (really big if) batman could figure them out, or find out anything about K before hand, he could have a chance, but that requires finding out secret information about a ninja.
IF bats could dupe K into using the teleport ability somehow (again, most likely, a lot easier said than done) he could take the fight.
there are possible ways bats can take out K, but it would be barely a win and he still may die in the process.
The Power level of the Naruto universe is pretty damn high.
also, isn't there already a DC villain with the power to mimic your every move, while you do it, that batman has fought several times and won? i may be wrong on this tho.

Well so far you have made a valid argument proving your point nor one that even suggest that I'm wrong.
Nothing, and I repeat"NOTHING" you have claimed to be within the capabilities of these characters , are beyond what Batman has already faced and defeated.
And I'm not saying Batman would win over these characters.....but these arguments you are putting forth about their powers and abilities dont prove anything.
Batman has encountered and defeated many with similar or higher power levels.
As for skill levels....the same can pretty much be said.Batman has defeated persons that have been mastering their fighting skills since birth.
It doesn't matter how overpowered Batman is, he's fighting an opponent who makes Spider-Man look like a geriatric and copies his enemies attacks while his enemies are still preparing them.
Not sure why you would bring up Spiderman.......I'd bet on Batman over Spiderman any day.

In a random encounter: Kakashi, Batman can't compete with lightning clones, summons, lightning jutsu and the sharingan in such a encounter.
When both characters have prep time: Batman, this often borders on the contrived, but Batman clearly outshines Kakashi here.
