It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

- The action figure is poseable, stands approx. 6 inches / 15cm tall.
- LED lights up Creation Matrix, Optimus' Eyes and fog lights.
- Optimus' chest can be opened to access the removable Creation Matrix.
A true masterpiece with Kids Logic usual excellence of execution, not to be missed by any Transformers fans.

Thank you for pointing this out. This error has been corrected.

You're not being trolled. It's a low production specialty item compared to regular retail items. The amount of batteries and lights in this toy are what justifies the price. It's a high end collector's item.
Each light has its own set of AG1 batteries. A set of three of those batteries from Energizer or Duracell (which will last much longer than the cheap versions sold on Amazon or eBay) will run around $15 or so. Each foot has a set of batteries, as does the gun, the chest, the head, and the left shoulder/Autobot symbol. I like this approach so that the figure can retain its posability instead of being limited because of wires running from a common battery source.
Looking forward to Megatron!
