I agree with Omega. Besides King Kong is 25ft tall and Optimus Primal is like, what 9ft?

Yeah, but Optimus can fly, and he has rockets. Plus he is made of metal.

1. Optimus Primal's basic beast mode would be hard pressed to match the strength King Kong needs to move his 25 ft tall sized frame. lets not forget Basic Maximals are synthetic organic Micro Masters and smaller than G1 Bumble Bee.

2. Primal short of making a bloody mess of Kong's back, has few options in defeating the 7th wonder of the world and would prefer not out right killing him.

3. Conventional weapons of the 60's did not out right trump Kong so it should take Primal time to do this gory deed.

4. Primal can be crushed under Kong just sitting on him. A well placed hit would prove fatal.

In any given form Optimus has rocket launchers. Aim for the head and Kong's done. Plus, in Japan he can transform into Burning Convoy. The only things that beat giant gorillas are gorillas on fire.

Primal, no contest.

1. Primal can fly.

2. Primal can shoot missiles.

In essence, Primal could levitate out of reach of Kong, and just assault him with missiles until he dies.
