KO Dlx Class Legends Cosmos?

From what I gather this guy is about the same size as DLX BB. Does anyone happen to know more about it, of if there is any better ko's of it floating around?
Because I kinda want it for a custom project, but dont really want to pay 16$ +12$ shipping for the set on kotoys...
