More info here. Personally, I'm interested, but $30 might be more than I'm willing to pay.

I don't get it...is it all 5 for $30 or one set makes any of the 5? And do you have to paint them yourself?

I'm actually semi-interested just from the standpoint of putting one together...my own private, ghetto BotCon customizer class.

I see myself buying this.

Do we get more colors than just black? I want to make the G2 Sidewsipe.

If they start producing kits I might start buying.

I still need to get a KO Menasor so I can make my G2 variant.

Having every US retail version of that mould AND Punch/Counterpunch (X2 if you count the custom one I did) I'm still kinda interested in a DiY kit. At least to be able to make Breakdown (G1 or G2, really) or G2 SS... but those are only REALLY feasible with appropriate sticker sheets. Someone make those and I'm sold.

Interesting but I'm really only interested in G2 Sideswipe from this mold. KO or otherwise. It'd be cool if they offer those kits eventually. It might prompt me to finally buy their Sunstorm as well.

Man, that kit better be only $30, cause putting that badboy together in last year's class was full day job!! And I had the luck of sitting next to people that know what they were doing. If I had to do this by myself, I doubt I'd get it done, because I know there would be some tools I'm missing to get this figure completed. You need something to get a lot of them pins in and I would have never guessed how to do some of that without the help of the class instructors. And seeing how the sprues are all black, looks like a lot of painting is gonna be needed to get this guy done. Still, if they offered a G1 colored Breakdown, painted and all, I'd bite.

Awesome!
Exactly what I want putting this together will be utterly awesome.

Also for those that want to know, this kit lets you build one figure. It just comes with four different heads, so if you want to build all four you'll have to buy four kits.

I'm happy to give G1 Breakdown a go, have to admit I'd rather take the lazy option though.

That you get to put it together is about 90% of my interest... although I wouldn't mind another P/CP to display in both bot modes. But I'm a little nervous after reading Prime Evil's comment. I'm not a skilled customizer by any means. Basic repaints are something of a challenge for me...I know nothing about pins or tools to insert them.
