Late to the party, Sky Shadow/Black Shadow ?'s

Weapon:
Solar Fission Cannon
I found this Sky Shadow on clearance at the local Target and he has 2 left shoulders/elbows. Was this a common problem? I've heard the Metal Hawk mold had this issue but not the retail Thunderwing or Sky shadow
