Why do you say that? They've done that with every other Seeker.
Every other leader class repaint has been the same character. We haven't gotten Ultra Magnus or Galvatron repainted from Optimus or Megatron.
What if they repainted him into his skywarp or thundercracker scheme, and called him somthing stupid like: Steath Operations Starscream and now he has the ability to teleport. Or Thunderburst starscream where he can break the sound barrier in like 2 seconds. You know what? We could turn this into a game. Guess which leader Starscream repaint would be called what stupid cover-up name with what special ability!
Sunstorm: Solar powered Starscream- Has the power to absorb solar energy.
Ramjet: Cloud burst Starscream- they give him a cone head because now he can fly faster!
