If we are only saying robots and G1 cartoon up until season 3, then I may choose Wheelie, Grapple, Seaspray, and Powergilde. Strangely all Autobots. If we expand my limitation, there are too much.

Action Masters - no transforming.
Pretenders - not much disguise.
Japanese exclusives - toys not widely available in other countries except as imports. Boo!
Scraplets - tried to eat Transformers! Unforgivable, I say.
Unicron - killed a lot of Transformers and others. However, he was the biggest Transformer. Mixed feelings here.
