Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

The color scheme's not bad, although I'd rather have the original Lio Prime mold than another Leobreaker.

They got it right on the second try with Universe G1-accurate Starscream, yet they did not do so well on this one.

It is a bit odd. They're basicly rereleasing the same toy just in different colors in the same line even with the same name and bio. Shame they haven't repainted Cybertron Prime yet. It's an awesome figure. Maybe they could repaint him as Ultra Magnus, or Nemesis Prime, or Hot Spot.

It's a Transformers Cybertron toy mold that has been redecoed and and given a new robot mode head to represent a Beat Wars character.Jacob P. Galvatron wrote:From "Beast Wars," huh?

Or more correctly, a Beast Wars II (Beast Wars Second) character named Lio Convoy ("Leo Prime" is his new American name).

That is assuming there is more than one, like the TRU Ultra repaints that came out together in Darkwing and Countdown (2 of each per case).

Why bother? I mean, if the Inferno figure was a fire truck with no ladder, that would make Grapple a crane with no crane arm, which nullifies him even being a crane and seems kinda pointless to make.--B-- wrote:Here's hoping for another exclusive voyager re-paint, maybe Inferno into Grapple?

Except for the fact that Target exclusive = Argos exclusive, Walmart exclusive = ASDA exclusive and TRU exclusive is just a TRU exclusive I totally see you're point : D
Seriously, most country's have an equivalent that gets the exclusives eventually. Some even make it to general retail. The only current exclusive I'm worried about trying to find in England is the EZ/Legends Devastator...
On the topic of this figure !BLEGH! Once again, we get a repaint of this sad excuse for a transformers. And it's not even into a different character, we already have a Leo Prime in this mould!
It's Savage claw mode would be all right and worth the purchase (if I had Cybertron Leader Prime) if these new repaints came along side a Prime repaint. But they don't so the gimmickry is lost.
It's just my opinion though but I never bothered with this figure on it's original run. Nor the Nemisis version, or Razorclaw, or Leo Prime, and I'm going to pass once again on the second Leo Prime...

This is the best I could find, which is apparently based on a real Fire Engine Crane truck thing.
