The LEGO Ninjago set 71718 below is more than meets the eyes! The parts count is off the chart for its pricepoint (about usd20 RRP) . And I managed to snag it at 20% off in TRU in my home country!

It's my favorite set so far this year. Mere sight of the official Dragon's wing immediately inspired me to build Deathsaurus!

Despite unable to implement the nimble dragon arms, I'm very satisfied with this build.

As expected, I always apply decent number of articulations on my LEGO TF, for more poseability. For this creation however, he's too top heavy for action poses , especially those requiring him to bend his knees.
