Wondering if there's a list somewhere of which CW Transformers come with a comic book in their packaging. And are they all unique? Are they sequential? I didn't see an issue number on the couple I've gotten so far but maybe I missed it?

I'm aware of this list however I don't see where it says which toys include which comics: http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Combiner_Wars

Is there a way to get the full set of the comic books easily by themselves?

Wave 2 and beyond deluxes (including Quickslinger and Brake Neck) should all come with comics, but only in the American version. I think they also supposedly reissued wave 1 with comics.

Sort of. They're just reprints of regular IDW comics, with different covers and fact pages added to the back cover about the particular figure. The actual stories in the comic generally have nothing to do with the particular figure (and sometimes they don't even appear!) But if you just want the stories, hit up your local comic shop.

Look for the indicia (a little blurb of fine print found in most comics ever published, usually on the bottom of the front page, but sometimes elsewhere (I don't recall where on these specifically). That should give you the info about the comic, including issue number.

Is it odd that my Alpha Bravo and Drag Strip did not include a comic? Rook, Dragstrip, and Dead End each did.

First release of W1 had no comic, later releases did

The first wave was never re-released with the comics: only Drag Strip in a wave 2 revision, so he's the only one in wave 1 with a comic so far... But Firefly should come with the same one as Quickslinger: RiD #11

Skydive should have been RiD #8
Alpha Bravo should have been RiD #9
Wave Four (Autobot cars) will have TF #37, TF #38, TF #39/CW Opening, Windblade 2 #1/CW #1
Wave Five (Combaticons) will have TF #40/CW #2, Windblade 2 #2/CW #3, TF #41/CW #4, Windblade 2 #3/CW #5

Beyond that it gets fuzzy and hard to predict. Hope that helps! My advice: just buy some hardcovers/trades and don't worry too much about the toy comics, will get especially confusing with the Dark Cybertron comics from last year's Generations toys coming in between bits chosen for "Combiner Wars".
