I found arcee and chromia at the Wal Mart on Manhattan. I picked up Arcee because I promised my soon to be 10 year old daughter that I would get her one for Christmas. I'll upload pix as soon as I can dump them on a third party site. The settings here for size are ridiculous.

So I noticed that if you release brainstorm's latch and start gently leaning his head forward, it comes out quite easily. Likewise of you gently rock the head back it goes in safely.

Found combiner wars bombshell and powerglide (they had all 4) at the Clearview target. The dcpi is the same as the other legends and according to the system they have them here, manhattan, covington, Slidell and houma. All local stores showed out of stock yesterday.
