Too late, I'm just getting back to my desk from a lunch break in Metairie. Like you said, TrU didn't have anything new in the way of Transformers, but I wanted to pick up a few Amiibos (Link, Sheik, and Toon Link). I happened to see two Sonic Amiibos. I heard he's rare, so there's that.

I'm just curious how that works. From what I understand; they unlock some in game stuff and they save your progress.

Personally, I'm using them as display pieces. I only got the Legend of Zelda crew (Zelda, Sheik, Link, and Toon Link). I'll most likely get Gannondorf when/if he's ever released.

I know you can train them in Smash Bros (Wii U or 3DS) some kind of way, but I'm not sure how. I may end up giving it a try just for shits and gigs because I main Sheik.

Several of them unlock weapons in hyrule-warriors as well. Links spinner may be the best weapon in the game and is an ambitious exclusive.

I found the trick to posting from phones. Set the pic quality to VGA. Those usually are small enough to post here.

Wait, so the Smash Bros Amiibos unlock things for Hyrule Warriors? That's pretty cool. I've been meaning to pick up Hyrule Warriors, actually. All the DLC looks awesome too.

All Amiibo interact with Hyrule Warriors in some ways, some just generate rupees, but they all have some interaction. Typically the Zelda and Fire Emblem characters will unlock weapons.

On topic, found Legends Huffer, Powerglide, and Blackjack at BTR TRU. Still one of each left on the pegs.

ALso, nabbed a 1-step changer Fix-it. He'll be my only purchase of this line, and I already want to weather him to tone him down a bit.

Speaking of KMart. I was at the one in Gonzales (which I think may be on its way to closing) and they had a few odd and end TF stuff on clearance (most of the store was on clearance). Not sure if any other KMarts are clearancing TF figures or not, but may be worth a quick check.

I also noticed their TF stock was down to just a few pegs and no real shelf space.

Behold... not quite Menasor!

With Blackjack (barely holding on... any fixes?)

With paint apps I gave him this morning... need to seal it with a clear acryllic. You know I can't stand those boring chest pieces with all of their great molded detail.

Alternate leg configuration. The one I used on prime isn't as stable with this mold, plus I like the look of the wheels for Menasor.

BTR is mostly dead. LOTS of Legends at Seigen Ln TRU including power glide, huffer, and blackjack, along w/ Wave 1 deluxes. Seigen Target, Wal-mart are all dead, College Wal-mart is empty, Burbank Wal-mart the same. I did nab the Megaman Amiibofrom the College Dr gamestop, but had to ask for it. They had sonic as well, they "only allow the worthy to purchase them."
