I also saw the three Shockwaves at TrU yesterday. I guess that means they got the case revision with 3 Shockwaves instead of 2. Speaking of Shockwave, I also nabbed the Botshots 3 pack with Shockwave, Ironhide, and the blue Brawl (AKA Overlord!) from the TrU on Vets. Didn't see anymore of the set, though. I'm still waiting for MP Prime and the Kreo Blind packs...

Wal-Mart on Manhattan had the Kreon blind packs. It looked fresh, so I picked up a set and there were like 3 more sets in there but I didn't do a full review.

Otherwise, I just got the iGear Ironhide/Ratchet combo in the mail. I'm waiting on case assortments for TF Prime and FoC to come in, so I'm not actively hunting anything. Even though the revision I have for TFP says I'll have 2x Ironhide, I think they mean Kup. If anyone is interested in purchasing this extra figure from me, send a PM and we'll work out the details.

So has anyone found Thundercracker (Masterpiece) in the New Orleans area? I've heard of people finding him in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, but not New Orleans. I actually went to the TrU on Vets Sunday(they had a generator providing the store with electricity due to Isaac related outages) and after giving them the SKU number, the system said there were 3 on the floor. Sure enough, they weren't. The manager said that the figures were probably in the back on the dock and they'd be out Monday. I went yesterday afternoon and there was no sign of the figure. I gave the woman up front the SKU and it said there were now 2 on the floor. When I told her there weren't any and that the manager told me they were on the dock, she said the system was probably messed up from the hurricane and that I shouldn't trust what he said. She did, however, tell me that there was a chance it'd be out that evening. I showed back up later in the evening and of course, there was no sign of the figure yet again. When I gave the new lady up front the SKU, the system said there weren't anymore available. She said there may be some arriving on the truck on Tuesday, though. So again, I stop at TrU after work today and there are no Thundercrackers ANYWHERE. I mean, I don't even see a spot for him on the Transformers aisle.

Seriously, what the hell is going on with this figure out here? If anyone's wondering why I'm going to TrU so much, it's because I literally live walking distance from the place, and if I take my car, I can get there in a minute or two. It's not really putting me out of my way to stop by everyday, but it's seriously weird that I just cannot find the guy. I need him to finally complete my MP Seeker trio!

Oh...and I did happen to see a few of the blind packs at the TrU this Sunday that just passed. When I walked past the Kre-O aisle today, though, I didn't see anymore. Maybe someone hid them?

Did some searching last night, picked up Thundercracker at the Marrero TRU. It was close to 9pm, so maybe these got put out late. Vets didn't have it out by 7pm when I passed by. If they are hitting stores and selling out, check Friday or next Wednesday afternoon, hopefully they replenish soon.

What was really strange, the both TRUs had a case of the last Generations wave out, with Skyshadow and Junkheap available. Also spotted FoC Shockwave, but still waiting for my case to arrive with the Combaticons.

Must have Thundercracker! Btw, I spoke to an employee at TRU on vets. When I asked her to look up TC by the item number she told me there were none. But I saw her screen and asked her why it said that 2 were available on the floor. She said their inventory is messed up and if it says that less than 5 are available on the floor she just tells the customer that none are left :/. And she was training a new employee and telling her the same thing. So don't trust calling in and asking by item number.

The exact same thing happened to me and I got the exact same excuse regarding the computer saying there were some on the floor. Sounded like BS to me at the time, and I left ticked off. Luckily, I got one from TRU's website when they were listed at 55 bucks. I paid for the expedited shipping which brought the total to 80 dollars, but it arrived Friday. I just don't trust the TRU on Vets with this release. When I checked the shelves, there wasn't even a price tag for MP TC. Seems really strange to me...

On a different note, has anyone spotted Dreadwing yet? I checked the Walmart and Target in Kenner with no luck. Oddly enough, I have been seeing the new Cyberverse figures and Wave 2 Voyagers (which were REALLY hard to come by for a while).

The TRU in Lafayette similarly did not have a price tag for MP Thundercracker when I bought mine, so it's not that unbelievable that yours didn't either. Also I heard that the one in BR had a price tag, but put TC on different shelf space.

No sign of Dreadwing here in Lafayette, me and another guy have been looking regularly.

I found TF Prime Sgt. Kup @ the Clearview Wal Mart.. I just missed Rumble too.. I like Kup, although he is not my "kup"... Have to figure out who he will become..

I picked up Cyberverse Breakdown and Knock Out at the Wal-Mart on Vets this past Saturday. Other wave mates include Stealth Bumblebee, Fallback (Breakdown recolor), and Flame War. I've also seen the new set of TF Prime deluxes at Walmart in Algiers (the whole case was freshly shelved), so I had an opportunity to see Kup and Rumble before they go bye bye. Thankfully, I had a case on preorder which came in yesterday. Anyone interested in a TF:P Kup, PM me for a price.

I posted this on the main TF Toys forum, but TRU is having a sale through this Saturday, Kre-os are Buy One Get One Free. If anyone has been waiting for a sale, I believe NOW is the time. You'll also see a sticker on some of the boxes giving you an extra $5 a Kre-o set over $14.99 (I'm pretty sure that's the minimum), so have at you crazy building fools. I look forward to Devastator coming in, since I ordered him online before I knew the sale was in store as well.

And if anyone is still trying to get MP Thundercracker, I've seen him twice at the TRU in Marrero (but they aren't any today, try tomorrow). Don't give in to e-Bay prices, just be patient. You'll need the extra cash for MP Optimus when he comes out in about 3 weeks.

Also, at Ross on Manhattan, some Dark of the Moon figures are available at cut-rate prices. Leader class BB and Sentinel were $22.99, Voyager Shockwave and Optimus were $12.99. If anyone happens to run across a Skyhammer, I'd be interested.

Yea, I saw him there when I got off work. I would have bought him, but I was impatient and bought one on eBay for 50 bucks last week... :-x

I was just a little paranoid that he'd be impossible to find since he's short packed. I half expected a PRID Vehicon level of shortage for this character.

I'm really looking for the GDO Deluxes, though. I wonder when TRU is getting them...

Finally sound the GDO Deluxes at TRU. It was a pain in the ass buying them, though, because they weren't in the system for some reason. Took about 30 minutes to talk the clerks into just ringing up the old Generation figures to take the place of the GDO's.

I bought Wheelie and Swerve. There were 2 Cliffjumpers, a Wheelie, and a Swerve left. No sign of Springer; which is really odd because that means someone must have bought two of them and experienced the same problem I did with purchasing the figure. However, the way the clerks were acting, you'd have sworn I was trying to swindle them out of their paychecks by suggesting they ring them us as old TF Generations Deluxes.

I nabbed a Generations "Chinese" Cliffjumper from the vets TRU.. Was not in the system but did not have a problem getting the employee to get the price. I also saw Lazerbeak and Sandstorm.. I almost bought sandstorm too..

I grabbed the last import Cliffjumper from TRU on vets. I'm really digging him; except for the fact that I broke him 2 minutes after I opened the package. Accidently broke off the part of his bumper with the horns on it. Guess I'll be buying another one eventually.

Congrats, that is quite the haul! I was able to order MOST of the GDO figures off of TRU's site last week, came in yesterday and thank goodness I'm not trying to keep a MISB collection!!! Optimus was also preordered, so I should be expecting him soon. I doubt I'll be able to make it to TRU this afternoon and get Springer and Wheelie, but I'll just have to check back another time.

This is pretty exciting news and I'm looking forward to the next two months when more mainline releases hit shelves.
