ok so this is really my first repaint. I dont know how I got the idea i just kinda did lol ^^ It's just a repaint but I did manage to cut the gun abit (think it was a G.I.Joe gun not sure...) so it could fit in his hand.

o.o The alt mode pics are good quality... But could you possibly take better pics of bot mode? And make them a bit smaller too, please... (Reduce down to 75% or by 25%, depending how you look at it.)

Outside of that, though... This looks really cool! :shock:

The second pic is errord someway, somehow. >_>; It cuts off about a quarter of the way down. It's just a general net thing I find... Some pics do this and there's no real reason why. All I can say is: Try uploading it again?

I think it's right cause the actual picture for those last 2 dosent really include the feet as I had already snapped them I just focused on the torso for the last 2 images.

Um... Nevermind... It's just a weird loading problem cause now the second one's showing the full thing, but the first one's cutting off about halfway through.

Again, though: Great job.

My only dig is the paint seems a little crusty. Maybe a clear gloss coat could fix that?

yeh i think i got some of that around here somewhere...I have a tamiya flat base colour...it's clear...oh and now that I look inside...it's completely and utterly useless because it has the consistancy of ear wax and is about 5 years old....gonna have to put that clear gloss on my paint list that I will pick up next week. Thanks for the tip!

Ya that is a GI Joe Eco warrior Flint gun. I think it would look alot better if you cut and sanded off those spikes, might look good for a pretender Decepticon or something but I think it would look better for Prime with the smooth machine looking feel o' the gun.

Besides that it looks quite nice.

well about that hole ive been trying to find something that fits in because it was blocked up before just tryiong to find an oversized cannon or something

and yeah it reminds me of star convoy too and i think i will paint the fins gold...theyre just lacking in something...um gold!

you'll find that even though that is the mould for machine wars soundwave, the figure on the left is european g2 predator Stalker http://www.tfu.info/1992/Decepticon/Stalker/stalker.htm

anyway, is a good idea, I reckon it was the head that made you think of prime. the mould is good considering the age, still reasonably posable

You should use that fake gold leaf (or real if you have the funds)! If you are careful it will look like gold chrome!!!

yeah i was the head mainly but i was kinda in a prime mood after playing some armoured core and trying to make my AC look like Prime

I have some gold leaf...just not real gold

i wish t was but then id try to make a gold version of everything and try and sell them o ebay as lucky draw prizes

and i have done the head to look like stra convoy now it looks better

dude, never make pictures with a bot in front of a window.. cause well.. u see the results.
If you want some better pics with your current cam.. i suggest you take the bot outside and place it on a nice cloak or something. Just let the sun do its job.

Bot looks nice for a first try tho, keep it up.

i'm feeling it, yeah, now take the rocket and have it split into armor parts like fire convoy, some for the hands and shoulders and maybe some wings that can snap in the little hole, i'm trying to make mine more poseable before i do anything like that
