magneto wouldn't try and fight them all at once, or head on. he plots plans and manipulates.he woul probably slip INSIDE fort. max. and control him,attack the heavy hitters and work from there. also massive EMP gives him an aoe if he's surrounded. he would take over some with shere itimidation, others with brute force.

Sheer Intimidation?. Transformers aint easily Intimidated/....Lmao.If Magneto has the Power to take over....The only way I see Magneto win, if he becomes a headmaster, link with a cerebro, over takes Either fort Max, or scorponok, and then further boosts His Powers with firepower of either one of the Big Robots. That be kind of Sweet to see.Lets not forget though, that the transformers have that Cube of knowledge which Starscream and Rattbat seeked.If they used that, Magneto be screwed.

remember the 86 tf movie, where galvatron one hit ko's starscream, and they accept hes leader,via intimidation? remember what magneto did to the golden gate bridge? remember what 2 + 2 equals? does that help explain it?

Your 2+2 theory doesnt apply. Mainly Cause Galvatron KO'd Starscream, Decepticon code of Honor says, they'll obey anyone who is Able to Defeat current Leader.And Galvatron did that. Now what does Mowing the Golden Gate Bridge has to do, with taking Over, lets say Scorponok or Fort Max?.After all, Magneto got defeated when he was distracted, when ge got stabbed with 5 Cure darts.Besides 2+2 is 4, You only shown two events.

They're both massive. Also, movie Magneto was underpowered compared to his comic counterpart.

Transformers would Win its too much of a challenge for One Mutant, even as Powerfull as Magneto, to take on all Transformers.If it was Phoenix vs Transformers that be a different story.

you assume he's fighting every transformer at once. it never says that. he isn't that dumb. he doesn't fight every x-team at once. he also likes to fight with a group of lackeys. again, electro-MAGNETIC-pulse. if you dont think it would work, slap a strong magnet on your hard drive.

Why do you assume I do not know what magnet Does To a Hard Drive?.Ever Been to a junk yard, where they use a lot of Electrical magnets to lift all the Junk metal they got.It messes Up your car computer function. Same thing. Anyhow, is Magneto even able to generate EMP's?. And if so, he would have to Generate a huge EMP blast and nuke transformers with it. That kind of borders with Impossibilty.

Not only is he very capable but he once altered the entire Magnetic field of the planet Earth.

Generating a EMP would be nothing next to that.

Althou I'm not sure myself who would ultimately win this fight.

I think if its like the op suggested, every TF from every TF universe at 1 time, I think Magneto would lose to the numbers...........but not till Magneto takes down well more then Half of the TF's.

Wasn't Magneto the last mutant/human alive during MArvel Zombies? The kind of contributes to just how badass he is(aside from Doom).

Other than everything else he's done.

Look at Circuit Breaker, she messes transformers up, but she goes bat@#$% insane after one or two.

Magneto does this for living is easily 100x more powerful than Circuit Breaker, more competent/intelligent etc.

I agree, the only way the Transformers would win is if they used constant attacks and just went by numbers to overpower Magneto, wear him down and weaken him.

Otherwise they're screwed.

I am sorry, that I dont spend so much time as you guys reading comics. I do however Like Comics, just dont read every detail about every Mutant like You Guys do. LOL.Anywhom, I still think that magneto would Loose to shear numbers of Tf's. From all series at Once.

Well, for the sheer number argument, no version of Magneto could possibly beat all transformers.

Anyway, It would work out better if he was pitted against a individual or small group.

I'd say that Shockwave could find a way to kill Magneto before he could get to him.

Guys like Skywarp, Sideswipe or Bumblebee would be toast.

Yeah Stormwolf, I agree with that. I'd figure that If Shockwave, Perceptor, and few Other really Smart Cons would devise a plan, they would Over Power Magneto with some Super weapon, then get some really tough Bots, like Shockwave, Megatron, Galvatron, and some of The Primes, to do the task.

I think that the super-advanced Transformers could counteract Magneto's powers and then brain him with a big stick or stone. Remember Windcharger? Remember Shockwave? Remember Wheeljack? There must be millions of Transformers able to take the mutant out PDQ.
