Both of the twins are just as closely tied with Avengers as they are with X-Men. That was one of Joss Whedon's explanations for using them, and why they were allowed to use them at all.

I'm surprised you don't think "She-Hulk" is a recognizable name. That or it inexplicably didn't turn up in your search. Did it also fail to include Ms. Marvel, Spider-Woman, and Jessica Jones? Or Wasp, who was on the team
before Captain America?
Okay, yes She-Hulk came up, but As I'm pretty sure Marvel isn't going to be using her if they're not makin a Hulk Solo film anytime soon, I didn't consider her a plausible replacement. Ms. Marvel is getting her own movie, so I also left her out of my considerations. Spider-Woman would be too confusing for the general populace, especially now that Spider-Man is actually going to be in the MCU. Jessica Jones is getting her own Netflix series and will be joining Heroes for Hire along with Luke Cage and Daredevil. And the Wasp is going to be in Ant-Man.
So I should've been more specific in mentioning my criteria; I was looking for someone with a
similar(ish enough) power set and who wasn't/isn't/won't be established in the near future.
Also, there was another name I did recognize, but again didn't meet my criteria: Mockingbird. But she's on Agents of SHIELD.
